Dirigible Bomber R.A.S. Hermosillo (1895)

One of the most important lessons of the Second Mexican War that the Sonorans took to heart was that no matter how good your fleet may be in protecting their assigned targets a retaliatory force of some kind is needed as well, otherwise your foe can operate unmolested. Scouting and early warning of troop movements are also vital. The Hermosillo class 'Dig is the Sonoran answer to those strategic concerns. Designed with bomb payload and speed in mind the Hermosillo's only major failing is her lack of maneuverablity. She is inexpensive to produce and three more ships are already planned
