A Russian design, known for it's toughness and versatility. The Czarina was brought to Sonora by a joint effort between Aeronaval Constructor Horatio Obregon y Johnson and his counterpart in the Russian Imperial Design Bureau. Russia agreed to sell plans and provide mechanics to help with the construction of gunboats in exchange for R-Matter from the Sonoran Mines. President Walker agreed and soon Czarina class gunboats were under construction at the Hermosillo Skydock. Cazadore class gunboats differ only in their use of Maxim guns rather than the antiquated Russian 'Gorloff' Gatling Guns. Two Cazadore class vessels are in service. Others have been made for export (some to Russia herself !!!)
